Introduction
The Hwangnyongsa Museum is an exhibition hall that opened in 2016 to share the excavation results of the Hwangnyongsa Temple Site.
The 3D video room showcases the temple's history, from its founding to its disappearance due to the Mongol invasion of the Goryeo Dynasty.
Relics excavated from the Hwangnyongsa Temple Site are reproduced and displayed in the relics exhibition room.
Visitors can view the entire temple site from the outdoor observatory.
On the first floor, a model tower that reproduces the 9-story wooden pagoda of Hwangnyongsa Temple on a 1/10 scale, approximately 8 meters high, attracts attention.
The wooden pagoda exhibition room is made of glass, allowing it to be viewed from the outside.
